An "unexpected" discharge from a factory in Port Talbot in Wales formed a phallic cloud, according to Wales Online.

The Saturday morning discharge at the Tata Steel plant was caused by a "reaction from the rapid cooling of iron during a process known as plating," according to Wales Online.
The reaction was "unexpected," a company spokesperson told Wales Online, but was handled "safely within the works" and posed no danger to the public.
